TRAVELS WITH JUDY…so far
Judy is here with me in Northern California, and we’re going to see the RM exhibit at SFMOMA. San Francisco is a-buzz with this show; it's curated by RM, a member of BTS and we decided early on to attend. Yes, we’re excited! Judy is much better informed than I am on this group; on all Kpop music actually, but I know who RM is!
This morning at breakfast she was listening to Kim Chang-won, an actor all Kdrama fans know. He’s been acting since the 1980’s, and his most recent well known role was in It’s OK to Not be OK as the psychiatrist. Yes, this dude is a senior citizen, and he’s multi-talented. She was listening to his music as he is a well-known rock musician too,
But enough about him. As I was getting ready, I could hear Judy toiling away at her Korean lessons. It’s kind of funny: she’s reciting in Korean, and I’m doing the same in Hebrew as I prepare for my granddaughter’s bat mitzvah. We’re a pair!
And enough about me.
So how is it going, having two strong willed women who normally communicate by phone being in the same room and ‘discussing’ everything? It’s going just as you think it would!

Judy here… What I find most interesting is that Pat reads every single menu that we pass on the street. I never do that unless I’m actually considering that particular restaurant for a meal. Clearly she cares more about food than yours truly!
