I'm hoping that members can come here, maybe introduce themselves & we'll be able to chat/interact with each other!
As for me, I came to Kdrama through BTS--during a livestream, somebody asked Namjoon if he was watching SKY Castle, and he said "how could I not?". So I decided to check it out. I was intrigued enough to watch Mr. Sunshine next, and then I kept going, and now, 5 years later, I have about 375 dramas watched, and a "to watch" list that seem endless!
I love sharing impressions of shows with other fans, and wish for some Kdrama buddies to communicate with. Maybe this will be that space!
Please drop a line & tell us whatever you want--how Kdrama started for you; favorite genres; least favorite genres; personal top 10 (or 5, or 20); favorite actors; anything that comes to mind.
Hope to hear from you!

I first heard about KDramas 2 years ago when I read about “Crash Landing on You” in TV Guide. A woman wrote in and said she loved that show and could they recommend any others like it. I decided to check it out and I’ve been hooked ever since.
I love the way the stories are told, the respect the characters have for each other, the family connections, the innocent romance, the intertwined stories. It’s just fun.
I like both the rom coms and the more serious ones. My favorites: CLOY, Sometime in the Rain, Reply 1988, It’s OK not to be OK, My Mister,
Boys over Flowers, Signal, Hospital Playlist. I just finished Hello my Twenties and it was really fun. And there are 2 seasons.
I try hard to get other people to watch CLOY with limited success. But I have to laugh, because my old therapist finally watched it after I told her about it. She came to see me after watching it and told me, “It’s life changing!” She’s now watched it twice and is hooked on KDramas.
Glad we have this forum to share ideas.
