I admit it. I am not known for my stylish appearance nor clothes. Kdramas may change that. 'Crash Landing on You' (aka CLOY) introduced me to this topic. The female lead Yoon Se-Ri (actor Son Ye-jin) is a hip, beauty industry executive and her clothes reflect that. She made me swoon over her counterpart male lead Ri Jeong-Hyuk (actor Hyun Bin) when she takes him shopping for suits.

The series also pokes fun at western fashion when the 'team' from North Korea try to blend in when visiting Seoul. You will fall in love with these young men!
I've decided I am going to help my youngest son (33 years old) flesh out his wardrobe. My middle child (a 38 year old daughter) thinks I stand zero chance in affecting any change in this regard. Oh, but I can hope.... he could look as wonderful as those Korean actors!

CLOY was the first KDrama I watched. It was love at first sight for me. I also fell in love with the clothes and the handsome young men. And I love all the coats too. The story line was so far-fetched but fun. The chemistry between the two leads was so believable. They even got married in real life. I’ve been watching KDramas since July of 2021 and I’ve never looked back. They make me so happy😊 Laura
