Strange bedfellows...

I think I am a genius. My quilting friends are familiar with "Judy's Patented Method of Keeping Track of Quilt Rows" but I have developed a new tool that all tour companies will want to use. I've applied to the US Patent Office so that I become rich off of this ingenious tool. Since you are my friends I'll share this with you if you PROMISE not to steal the idea and get all the royalties...

It's affectionately called The Button Bag. On the October Gmama Trip to Korea we had 7 single ladies in the group. (Shout out to Beyonce for her hit song by that title.... Single Ladies...) Anyway, I decided wouldn't it be fun to get your roommate randomly assigned? Yes! The group was less than enthused about this idea; I had several people state they would be 'willing' to take the single room.... Ha! I would not be dissuaded.

I wrote all the Single Ladies Names on a different button and put them in a bag. At each hotel one of the young guys strutted his stuff & pulled 2 buttons out, Voila! The roommates were decided. Although everyone scorned this idea at the beginning I believe it turned out to be a success. And bonus points.... everyone got to keep their buttons as a commemorative item. It just doesn't get any better than that, does it?
