BLING!

Anyone who reads our blog consistently knows and understands our new fascination with all things BTS. For Judy it’s not so new. She’s been going to Kpop concerts for longer. (Because of her I knew that STRAY KIDS was a Kpop group. Since it was one of the answers at my weekly trivia game, I got it right!) For me, BTS has been more recent, culminating in our first BTS concert a few months ago with several new and old friends. One of the highlights of this concert was all the bling we received from total strangers. It connected us in a way that would never have happened otherwise.

Now several of these friends including Judy are going to another BTS concert in LA. My Friends (sans Judy) didn’t want to go empty handed and planned a bracelet making get together. As you can see, this was a well organized operation!

Judy wasn’t there, so I made both of us seven bracelets with BTS’ individual names on them. (Yes, I was supposed to be making bangles to give away but I got a little carried away. I’ll do that next time. I promise!)

It was lots of fun. When we got a little tired, guess what our pick me up snack was? Yes, you got it: KOPIKO! ~ Pat
