Hey, Look What I Made!

Yep, I made this. It bibimbap, and I took a cooking class with the rest of my tour group to learn how to do it at The Food and Culture Academy in Seoul. The owner, Ellie Hyewon Lee, is not only a cook but also a food stylist. She has worked with many Kdramas in helping them film their food scenes, and she had many, many photos of Kdrama stars’ photos displayed.

This dish was so easy to prepare that even my husband made it. Hey, even YOU could make it, Judy!
