Houston, We've got a problem.

It's Gmamas' resident computer expert here... Judy. Recently I noticed that the traffic to our blog page had suddenly plummeted. Naturally I was concerned that the Gmamas had suddenly fallen out of favor... really? People don't like us anymore? Could that be true?....

Thus the quest began. I contacted the provider of this website (Wix) and finally hit gold and got through to a live agent! This is always a miracle. I explained to the agent that 'woe is me, our site seemed to be suffering' and surely there was a problem at their end... it could not be possible that our devoted fans would abandon us so abruptly.

What follows is the transcript. Life doesn't get much better than this...
