Whey Cool Protein
Siggi's Skyr nonfat peach yogurt
banana
frozen chopped spinach
Wyman's frozen wild blueberries
Combine all in a blender and enjoy...with a kdrama of course!~
Oh good grief. I don't even know where in the grocery store I would find Whey Cool Protein.
