I have nothing to fear...

It's Judy. It has finally dawned on your's truly that I could be considered a fabulous cook. Yes, in order to achieve this distinction all I have to do is cook for a Korean person! According to every single Kdrama I have ever seen, when a Korean person tastes something, they will always exclaim how wonderful it is. Not just mild "mmmm's" but whole-hearted enthusiasm and wide eyes with every single bite!

Forget inviting Pat.... I'll invite Jin (of BTS) instead. He will love my cooking!

See? I needn't worry about disappointing my dinner guests or picky friends. I simply will focus on cooking for Koreans. No matter if the food is flavorless, overdone, underdone, bland, too spicy, or too salty... Koreans will always say the food is fabulous. This is the kind of affirmation my cooking needs.

Maybe I could even impress Woo with my gimbap! Maybe.

And Pat says.....Now I’m REALLY concerned. Anyone who eats frozen EGGOS for breakfast (ugh) is living in fantasy land if she thinks she can satisfy JIN’s palate! However, I think there is hope for you in this endeavor if you just boil some water and give him ramyeon. That seems to be the staple for young Korean men, at least in Kdramas. There is no way you can screw this up, is there?

Wouldn't it be great if Jin chimed in? ~ Judy

Yes, and when that happens, resuscitate me!~Pat
