It was her birthday!**

Favorite Daughter turned 40 on the Gmamas' October Trip. Since I am a fabulous mom I arranged to have a drone show to celebrate. Said daughter teaches PE to grades 1 thru 8 so the theme of the show was Schoolhouse Sports. For those of you who haven't experienced a drone show you're missing out! None of the loud explosions - or smoke - or smell that fireworks entail. Instead some computer whiz programs a bunch of drones into changing displays and the crowd oohs and aahs as usual.

The finale of Favorite Daughter's Drone Show was a banner type sign that said "Happy 40th Birthday Favorite Daughter!" However, it was written in Hangul so only the Koreans could read it... but Favorite Daughter instinctively knew the message and was most pleased.

***Actually this is totally fabricated. Yes, we went to the drone show, and yes the theme was school sports, and yes Daughter teaches PE... but the idea that I could have coordinated this in Busan, S Korea is truly beyond my scope of abilities. But I'm flattered if you fell for it.
