No, it’s a PYUNGSANG, and it’s mine, so hands off!

Having seen all those pyungsangs in Kdramas, and even having sat on one on my trip to Korea, I decided I needed one. Sure, I could have lived without one, but everything fell into place to have one made, and I went for it.

It helped that a friend who has done many projects for my husband and me had a four day window between big jobs, and he built mine. To get the correct size, I had to take a deep dive into pyungsang and their history. The most difficult part was trying to determine the size that would fit on my back patio and be somewhat authentic.

My friend’s wife liked it so much she wants one! I hope many friends will come over and enjoy mine. ~ Pat

Pat's Personal Pyungsang!

I cannot wait to use it! I will be wearing a plaid shirt with floral pants & one of those cute sun hats all the Korean Grandmas wear. I can drink soju while Pat is preparing food on her pyungsang. She has promised me to move it to the front of the house when I visit so we can hustle gorgeous Korean men if any happen to pass by! ~ Judy
