Unsung Heroine AKA Second Banana.

Judy and I have our favorite Kdrama stars. I would venture all of them have leading actor roles. I’ve decided to include an occasional post on what I call the second bananas. You know what I’m talking about. These are the actors who have smaller parts but if you’ve seen enough Kdramas - and I have - they pop up everywhere!

Shes gone from playing a poor haenyeo, to an abused wife, to the god of the underworld, and she’s amazing in every one. The versatility she shows in playing these completely different characters is just unbelievable. There is nothing cookie cutter about what she chooses to do, and it’s a joy to watch her in every show. ~ Pat
