We Could Learn a lot from Korea

Here are two things we could use in our restaurants…or maybe even at home! In the longer video the apparatus is boiling noodles and covering them with sauce. Pasta at its best, I’d say.
The shorter one is a schlepper* at the restaurant we ate at in Seoul. Name? No clue. They only offer three dishes, and there is always a long line to get in. Our tour guide muscled her way in, and we had hand cut noodles and dumplings in no time!

I must say we eat at tiny restaurants most of the time where the food is the most authentic with just one cook. Or just at the market like the locals do. The food is so awesome, I could live here forever.
