It's Judy and I realize that I know something that perhaps you do not.
Korean is the only Asian language that has circles in its written form. So you can easily distinguish Korean from all other Asian languages just by looking for that.
사랑해요 Korean "I Love You" (See those circles?)
愛してます Japanese
我爱你 Chinese
ฉันรักคุณ Thai
मुझे तुमसे प्यार है Hindi
Pretty cool, isn't it!

Wow. I learn something new every time a read a post of yours! ~ Pat

Sorry to disappoint you lovely ladies but I watch a lot of other language movies and TV shows and I realised the circles in the language a long time ago. I then know if it is a Korean show. Sorry I just assumed (and I know what that makes me), that it was obvious to everyone. By the way, I hope both you and your families have the best of Christmases. Woops!
I realized this when I had to select the Korean audio from a list of options on one of my streaming services (Prime). The names of the languages are written in the original language. I was able to spot the Korean by looking for the circles/ovals!
so glad you shared, I had no idea!
