Need the ingredients!

For those followers from Korea, I have a favor to ask of you. Would you kindly take a photo of the ingredients in the miraculous cream used by all for applying to minor cuts and scratches? It's such an iconic scene whereby the gorgeous male lead tenderly dabs said medicine on his love interest while gently blowing on the injury that I feel most Americans would like to know more about this product. Koreans don't seem to have any of the scars, uneven skin textures, or blotchiness that those of us who haven't been using this technique possess and I think we need to get in on the secret.
Is it Neosporin? Is it Vaseline? Is it Mercurochrome? What the heck is it? I'm guessing the ingredients are a list of chemicals so I won't need to worry about translating.

P.S. If you have gorgeous male candidates to send over to the US for this all-important task of applying this cream, we'd welcome them. Just saying... Judy.
For use in Kdramas, I bet it’s just a moisturizing cream. They wouldn't really use a medicated cream for filming, would they? ~ Pat
