Mark your calendars.... Set your Alarms.... Get ready!
For what, you ask? Well, you can be sure that many (if not all) of the Gmamas are going to be getting up at the crack of dawn this Saturday Morning, March 21, 2026. At 4am California time (you figure out where you fit into this yourself) the biggest boy band on the planet, BTS, will be LIVE on Netflix for the First Concert of their Comeback Tour.***
They're expecting 250,000 people to show up in Seoul at the iconic Gwanghwamun Square and YOU can watch from the comfort of your living room wearing bunny slippers and a moo-moo! Heck, you could even break out the soju and gimbap! It's scheduled to be a one hour concert and we are expecting to hear & see some new songs & fabulous dances.
Do not even consider calling yourself a music fan if you are not joining this Watch Party.
***(Special note for the Rolling Stones & Beatles Fans out there... no disrespect intended... but you need to update your playlists.) ~ Judy
Some of us (that’s me) are lucky enough to be in Hawaii right now and get to watch it at 1:00 am. Actually, that’s the luckiest thing that has happened since I’ve been in Hawaii… if you don’t call landing in a typhoon and having to sleep in the local high school gym under the auspices of The Red Cross because the road was closed to your hotel lucky. But that’s another story. ~ Pat
I like BTS and they are on my Favourites Playlist but what a miserable lot they are. Don't they ever smile? Anyway I like their music. Yes, OK, they are very good looking but really...
It will air at 6:00 a.m. where I live, too, but will I be up and watching? Time will tell.
BTW, Judy, your favorite group member looks like he is twelve years old. I know that he has served in the military, but I’m just saying . . . .
Isn't this fantastic? We have someone from Tucson and another from Minneapolis tuning in AND DOING RESEARCH to learn more. You two can be role models for those out there who are still ignorant!
I will be joining in at my relatively cushy hour of 6 a.m. with plenty of coffee. In the meantime, I'll be "cramming" to better educate myself on all things BTS!
I will be up to watch it! I have spent the past month diligently watching BTS shows (Are You Sure 1 and 2, Monuments, Permission to Dance, Yet to Come), and videos, and listening to BTS songs. I can now identify all 7 members by sight and voice. They are all so adorable, talented, and hard-working. I'm overwhelmed by all the existing content on the internet, but looking forward to the new conent with this album and tour.
