What? They don't know that?

It's Judy and I'm feeling a bit vindicated. Earlier this year I watched Rented in Finland when I needed a easy, no pressure Kdrama to view. (Sometimes I need a break from the challenges of understanding the plots, remembering who is who, and not wanting to sob uncontrollably... thus a low-key, easy to watch series...)
Pat always makes fun of my cooking skills - or lack thereof - but I'm a veritable magician in the kitchen compared to Lee Je-hoon. He volunteered to make scrambled eggs in a skillet over a campfire. Pretty straightforward task in my book & I feel confident I could do that correctly. Well, he certainly couldn't. He added perhaps about 3 cups of butter to the pan before the eggs... they were swimming! And after about an hour of trying to 'reduce' it he topped it off with 1/2 c of salt. His buddies were less than enthused.

Next I realized that, in fact, I could row a boat correctly. I could do it facing either forward or backwards! These city boys were hopeless... even going around in circles without being able to straighten their course.
I won't go into lighting a wood fire outside. Let's just say that I have definitely confirmed that if one is raised in Seoul and has not spent any time outisde of the city one is challenged with many basic skills.

What? You don’t like butter? What’s the matter with you? ~ Pat

Hi, well it seems like the "guys" were certainly challenged in more ways than one. What a fine time they must have had! It sounds quite hilarious,
Butter?? Reminds me of a very catchy song! 😁
